We also provide our client's (and their agents, if desired) with a secure login page, for access to photo's and video of their properties.
Cost Containment

Pricing is based on guidelines provided by Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/VA. They are dependent upon
property preservation and clean out services required to prepare property for resale.
A proposal bid is provided after we have inspected the property. The inspection is free.
